Recital Stage and Technical Requirements Form

Before you begin

This online form must be completed for all recital performances.

As part of this submission you will be required to;

  • Stipulate the time, date and venue of your recital. Please ensure that you have checked the schedule and can provide the correct details;
  • Estimate audience numbers;
  • Indicate if audio playback (ie CD/MP3) is required as part of your performance
  • Select standard stage set up for your venue from a list of options
  • Indicate what instruments and sound equipment is required
  • Request a change of staging during your performance. Up to three staging set-ups can be requested using the online form

A Note on Standard Staging Set-ups

A number of standard set-ups have been provided for your convenience. You will be given an opportunity to submit special instructions for your staging to suit your needs.

  • BANDROOM OPTION 1 is suitable for;
    • Piano trio
    • Guitar trio
    • Piano or guitar trio with single horn
    • Any small ensemble set up
  • BANDROOM OPTION 2 is suitable for;
    • Full backline with Vocalist
    • Any variation on Full backline with Vocalist
  • LSRR OPTION 1 is suitable for;
    • Piano soloist
    • Piano + solo instrumentalist/vocalist
    • Piano trio (stipulate in Special Instructions)
  • LSRR OPTION 2 is suitable for;
    • String Quartet
    • Instrumental Ensemble/Chamber Ensemble
  • LSRR OPTION 3 is suitable for;
    • Guitar soloist
  • LH OPTION 1 is suitable for;
    • Piano soloist
    • Piano + solo instrumentalist/vocalist (stipulate in Special Instructions)
    • Piano trio (stipulate in Special Instructions)
  • LH OPTION 2 is suitable for;
    • String Quartet
    • Instrumental Ensemble/Chamber Ensemble
