Aaron Chew PhD Recital

The first of three recitals for his PhD, Aaron Chew presents the entire Preludes Op.28 by Chopin, inspired by Ferruccio Busoni's interpretation of the same work.

Aaron commenced his PhD in August 2017 at The Australian National University School of Music, studying under Emeritus Professor Larry Sitsky AO and learning piano performance from Kotaro Nagano and Wendy Lorenz . He was awarded the Fellowship of Music Australia in 2017 and was First Prize Winner and joint-People's Choice Prize of the Whitworth Roach Classical Music Competition (2017).
