A tribute to the music of Larry Sitsky

A Piano Concert combining Sitsky's Music in a Multi-media presentation including Visual Art by Carmel McCrow and original Manuscripts of Australian Composer, Larry's Sitsky.

Carmel's McCrow's oil paintings will be featured in a visual presentation at a prestigious piano concert in Llewellyn Hall at the ANU School of Music featuring four pianists including the pianist Michael Kieran Harvey on Saturday, October 1st at 5pm.   McCrow's Art synergizes beautifully with the music of the Larry Sitsky, long recognised as an icon of Australian progressive music composition for over 50 years.

The featured music of Sitsky that will will be performed by Michael Kieran Harvey is the highly virtuosic "The Way of the Seeker".

Other performer's include local pianists Giselle Roberts playing Fantasy No.14 "Song of Orpheus" and Aaron Chew, Sonata No. 3 and Muses Trio pianist, Therese Milanovic playing the Arch Fantasy No. 4.  

Larry Sitsky will be launching his "Century" Collection books prior to the Concert in the Larry Sitsky Rehearsal Room at 4.30pm and concert goers are most welcome to attend.  To register in those sessions go to www.anzca.com.au/conference.
