HUNGARIAN EMBASSY CONCERT – 28 June – AN OUTSTANDING EVENING OF BEAUTIFUL PERFORMANCES BY OUR TALENTED YOUNG MUSICIANS

We would like to thank the Ambassador for Hungary, Dr Attila Laszlo Gruber for hosting a lovely concert at the embassy on 28 June in the stunning Millennium Hall. The program was arranged by Lindy Reksten, Performance Co-ordinator of the Music Development program where school students (from Years 7 to 12) study theory, instrumental and vocal ensemble performance with tutors at the School of Music.

This year the program included flute, piano and guitar solos, small ensembles and a chamber choir, and works by Pergolesi, Handel, Beethoven, Arensky, Poulenc and Milhaud were played.
