Woodwind and Brass

Students studying woodwind and brass instruments at the ANU School of Music are offered one-to-one tuition from renowned Performance Teaching Fellows, as well as a broad range of opportunities for solo and ensemble playing. Student's technical and artistic skills are developed through lessons, performance seminars, ensemble rehearsals and multi-faceted performance contexts.

In addition to extra-curricular ensemble activities, woodwind and brass students are encouraged to participate in a range of the School’s ensembles, including the , ANU Jazz Ensemble, ANU Jazz Collective, Band of the Royal Military College, Duntroon, as well as chamber music, and new music ensembles.
