On Saturday 23 March, 2024, members of ANU Community Music Centre's chamber choir, Vocal Fry, and members of the Sing With Toby choir (a collaborative program run by Tuggeranong Arts Centre and the ANU Community Music Centre) gathered for the Community Choir Day at the ANU School of Music. Participants of these choirs had the opportunity to attend various workshops and specialised vocal training over the course of the day, conducted in variously sized and combined groups of choristers. Particular mention should go to Tobias Cole and Sarah Mann who both shared their vocal expertise with our choristers for the day. To conclude the event, the choirs presented a public concert to showcase what they had learned.
