The Keyboard Institute is a significant research centre of the School of Music. Established in 2005, it is an impressive and unique collection of period instruments and modern historical copies, with many being important to Australia’s cultural heritage. The Keyboard Institute presents opportunities for students to engage with a large variety of instruments, to better inform both their performance and research as developing musicians of today.
