Applications are now open for the School of Music's most recently established award: the Joy and Norman Wheatley School of Music Scholarship.

There will be 2 rounds of this award: one in 2026 and the other in 2027.
The value of the prize is $10,000 per annum for up to 5 years of undergraduate music study. Joy Wheatley has generously provided funding for this award.
The award is determined by an application process. The application window commences on Monday, 29 June 2026 and closes on Sunday, 9 August 2026 (11.59 pm AEST).
