ANU students are invited to audition to perform a short concerto or concertante work, or concerto movement, at the ANU Orchestra concert in Week 12 of Semester 2. Preference will be given to students who choose repertoire that aligns with the capacity and instrumental forces of the orchestra, and for which there are either parts in the library or available on IMSLP. Pianists and vocalists are welcome to apply.

At the audition on Monday 31 July, 2-5pm in the Larry Sitsky Recital Room, applicants are invited to perform a movement or excerpt of their chosen concerto not exceeding 10 minutes. Students may audition with an associate pianist playing the orchestral reduction at their own expense. Choosing to audition with or without a pianist will have no bearing on the panel's deliberations.

Apply now via this link or the 'Register now' button on the right.

APPLICATIONS CLOSE AT COB ON FRIDAY 28 JULY.
