The School of Art and Design Gallery has come alive with the mellifluous jazz tones from Open School of Music students. This year has seen two performances from the Girls Jazz senior ensemble and the Developing Musicians Jazz program.

The students have enjoyed being selected for the opportunity to entertain audiences, surrounded by the wonderful artworks throughout the gallery. ANU staff, students and members of the public have appreciated sitting back and relaxing to standard jazz charts and lesser well-known gems while on their lunch break.

The plan is to continue these live music sessions in the gallery throughout the year, providing opportunities and engagement for all involved.
