About

Song To Studio is a songwriting and production intensive that challenges participants to write and record an original song in just five consecutive sessions held on Saturday mornings. Participants explore and expand on their knowledge of chord and arrangement theory for songwriting, whilst also learning the basics of studio recording, rehearsing, and mixing. Song To Studio is designed for singer-songwriters that have written original songs in the past, can accompany themselves of a chordal instrument, and have limited recording experience.

Eligibility

It is a requirement of our funding that our participants are ACT residents. However, non-ACT residents can apply, understanding that placement preference is given to ACT residents.

This program is available to participants aged 16 years and over.

Fees

Once you are accepted into this program, fees can be paid here through the ANU's OneStop Secure Payment Portal.
